WIC collaborates with physicians and other providers to provide services that directly improve the nutrition and overall health of families.

Who is WIC for?

WIC reaches pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, infants and children up to five years of age with a health or nutrition risk.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

Proof of income

Proof of address

Proof of identity for you and any other applicants

All family members applying for WIC services

If pregnant a doctor's statement showing due date

Children's shot records
