Breast Cancer Screening & Diagnostic
Age 21-39
​
Screening/diagnostic mammography if a doctor determines a need for screening based on clinical exam, family history or other factors. Follow-up exams/visits will be scheduled as needed.

Age 40 and older
​
Bi-annual (every two years) screening mammography (may include office visit for order). Follow-up exams/visits will be scheduled as needed.
Cervical Cancer Screening & Diagnostic
Age 21-29
​
An office visit with a doctor or nurse for PAP test every three years. Office visit may include pelvic exam and clinical breast exam.
Follow-up exams and diagnostic testing for abnormal PAP test.
Age 30 or older
An office visit with a doctor or nurse for a PAP test every three years OR PAP +HPV test every five years may include pelvic exam and CBE.
Follow up exams and diagnostic testing for abnormal PAP test.
